1. Itinerary

We have rights to shuffle itineraries without any future notice.

2. Tour rates

The rates are subject to availability and may change due to government taxes, hotel charges, and best available rates with or without notice.

3. Surcharges

Additional surcharges if any, will be applicable.

4. Standard check-in check-out

Standard hotel check-in time is [1500 Hrs Local Time], and check-out time is [1200 Hrs Local Time].

Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability.

One-night pre-block room charge is required to guarantee early check-in.

5. Availability

The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking room/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.

Change in room, while on holiday, will be subject to availability & may attract additional charges.

5. Not accept any liability

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried out while on tour.

5. Management

The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedules of trains, airplanes, buses, ships, or other services.

We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any departure, or excursion advertised.

For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.

6. Refunds

There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour

Taxes as applicable.

7. CANCELLATION DUE TO VISA REJECTIONS.

It is convenient and safe to have the visa applications be made to the concerned Consulates/Embassies. Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments. We will neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial, or other related act/omission or any loss, expense, damage, or cost resulting therefrom. A refund is not applicable in case the client is unable to travel due to Visa reasons. The cancellation policy will be applied as necessary.
